Hello,
the EYE'EM Award Exhibition 2010 is starting next week in Berlin. Out of sveral thousand submissions your photograph has been chosen by our grand jury to be part of the shortlist of just 144 mobile photographs that will be exhibited in the final show. We wanted to thank you personally for your participation and send you our kindest congratulations. There were two rounds of judging. The first one was a preliminary selection followed by a final judging of the shortlist. Our judges did an amazing job and we are looking forward to present the final winner at the award ceremony on the 22nd of June, 7pm (CET). We will present the shortlist on screens, beamers, and touch displays until the 25th of June to the public. Additionally the best 30 images will be printed in high quality for the gallery.
You can view the selected photographs on http://m.eyeem.com (for iPhone only so far) and we are currently setting up an online gallary including the shortlist and winners which will be published soon.
The Schlechtriem Brothers gallery offered to make the winning photographs available for sale. We thought we should ask you first. Of course the profit would go back to the photographer in a fair share of 50% after covering the production costs. The prices will vary depending on the jury ranking, and will range from 150 Euro up to 500 Euro for the winning image. EYE'EM will guarantee first class printing quality. Please let us know if you are interested asap as we have to prepare the details for the exhibiton.

Per me la fotografia è una passione importante e questo piccolo riconoscimento mi ha riempito il cuore di gioia ed entusiasmo. Va già bene così. Non importa se non riuscirò ad essere nei 30 finalisti ma solo l'idea di concorrere per un posto in una galleria d'arte a Berlino è ben oltre ogni mia più rosea aspettativa.
Così oggi mi sento un po', per la prima volta, fotografo e volevo condividere questa gioia con voi.
Ed un grazie particolare ad Andrea, che mi ha introdotto alla fotografia fatta col CELLULARE :D
